This month brought controversy within the Ottawa Hills Schools with Mr. Feuerstein, our beloved math teacher. I decided to interview him to see what his opinion on the topic was.
Ali: So, how are you today?
Mr. Feuerstein: Terrible
Ali: Would you like to add on to this comment?
Mr. Feuerstein: No
Ali: What is your opinion on the snow?
Mr. Feuerstein: I enjoy it… for now, but when January and February comes around, I will despise it. Especially March.
Ali:Have you tried Cranberry Sprite?
Mr. Feuerstein: Yes, the original Diet Sprite Cranberry. I drank it with LeBron.
Ali: Where is your name from?
Feuerstein: It’s German
Ali: What part of Germany?
Ali: So the rest of Germany hates you?
Feuerstein: I’m okay with it, they hate because they’re jealous.
Ali: What is your opinion on the Israel Palestine conflict?
Feuerstein: I wish to exert my fifth amendment right.
Ali: What is your opinion on math?
Mr. Feuerstein: I enjoy it.
Ali: What type of math do you enjoy?
Mr. Feuerstein: I enjoy all types of math and all people who enjoy it.

Mr. Feuerstein: I like Indian Food.

Mr. Feuerstein: Chicken masala, tikka masala with naan.

Ali: What did you want to be before you decided to become a math teacher?
Mr. Feuerstein: I thought I wanted to become a pharmacist, it was either between OSU or University of Toledo.

Mr. Feuerstein: Kevin Garnett
Ali: What’s your favorite Thanksgiving side dish?
Mr. Feuerstein: Last year I made this German potato salad and it was really good.
Ali: Why do you have your ALEKS due Thursday instead of Friday?
Mr. Feuerstein: So people don’t rush to do ALEKS and ruin their Friday nights.
Ali: What do you do when you get home?
Mr. Feuerstein: I watch and episode of something on Netflix and hang out with my dog.

Mr. Feuerstein: Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

Mr. Feuerstein: I like to go to the National Parks, but I also like Europe.
